La Bastide du Cèdre is located in the authentic village of Tresserre, surrounded by vineyards and mountains in the heart of Catalan country, right next to its 11th-century church and market square.

The house offers:

• 4 bedrooms, including a master suite with an adjoining children’s room (small bed, baby crib) and an office
• A total of 4 double beds, 2 single beds, and 2 baby cribs
• 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub, two showers) and three toilets
• A spacious 90 m² ground-floor living area with an authentic kitchen corner, opening onto a beautiful 80 m² terrace shaded by a century-old cedar tree

The house boasts a magnificent garden of over 700 m² and a terrace of more than 80 m² with an unobstructed view of the Albères mountains and the Mediterranean on the horizon.

The house is fully equipped, including fiber internet and Wi-Fi (164 cm Airplay TV with surround sound system, game consoles, washing machine and dryer, ironing facilities, etc.).

Perfect for family or friends:
Plenty of toys for all ages: Lego, Playmobil, board games, game console, books, and comics are at your disposal. Babies are welcome: baby beds, changing table, and high chairs are available. For children’s safety, the pool has a submerged roller cover—please remember to close it for the safety of the little ones.

Ideal for remote work:
A desk and monitors are available upon request. The house has fiber internet for perfect connectivity for work or other activities (gaming consoles, smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Canal+, etc.).

Perfect in winter to enjoy mild temperatures and proximity to the Pyrénées ski resorts (the nearest ski stations are 1 hour 15 minutes away). Enjoy Collioure just 20 minutes away, or take a day trip to Barcelona.

Perfect in spring and summer to enjoy the pool and surroundings, with all the rich and varied activities offered by the Mediterranean Sea and nearby mountains. In summer, the house stays cool, especially in the bedrooms overlooking the cedar, garden, and pool. Each room has reversible air conditioning. Outdoor activities include a ping pong table and badminton equipment. You can also use the summer kitchen for barbecues.

Ideal for all sports activities:
Cycling and mountain biking with many routes starting from the house. The first Padel tennis club in France is 15 minutes away (contact us for reservations). All mountain and water activities are available around the sea.

Ideal if you have an electric car:
To make travel easier with an electric car, a Tesla charging station is available in the garage—very convenient upon arrival, during your stay, and before departure. For parking, you have a private parking space, and there are plenty of free spaces in the residence.

Perfect for family gatherings at Easter or Christmas:
Depending on availability, we can also offer a superb new villa and its annex to accommodate up to 14 people, with 2 additional beds (in Vives, 15 minutes from Tresserre).
