You will enjoy our villa and its garden with a heated pool and breathtaking views of the mountains, which can be admired from each of the four spacious bedrooms in the house (complemented by 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets).

You’ll love having breakfast on the terrace as the sun rises over the Parmelan mountains.

Our villa is located in the village of Argonay, just 10 minutes from Annecy and its lake, 25 minutes from ski resorts such as La Clusaz, and 45 minutes from Geneva Airport.

The villa is laid out as follows:

• First level (garden level):
• 1 master bedroom with Italian-style shower
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
• 1 bedroom with a double bed
• 1 independent bathroom (shower)

Second level:

• Entrance to the house, living/dining room, and kitchen

Third level (top floor):

• A master suite with bathroom (bathtub) and a toilet,
• a large terrace with mountain views, and an office
• Near the pool, you’ll also find a ping-pong table with rackets, a foosball table, and a barbecue.

Ideal for family or friends:
Many toys for all ages—Lego, Playmobil, board games, game console, books, and comics—are available for guests.

Babies are welcome: we provide baby beds, a changing table, and high chairs. For children’s safety, the pool is equipped with a submerged roller cover—please remember to close it for the safety of the little ones.

Perfect for remote work:
An isolated office and monitors are available on request. The villa has fiber internet, ideal for work or any other activities (Sonos sound system, game consoles, smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Apple TV, Canal+, etc.).

Ideal in winter:
Close to ski resorts and the lake, with the possibility to rent skis, sleds, or snowshoes in the village.

Ideal in spring and summer:
Enjoy the pool and the surroundings with all the rich and varied activities offered by Lake Annecy. In summer, the villa stays quite cool, especially in the bedrooms overlooking the garden and pool.

Dyson fans are also available. For outdoor activities, there is a ping-pong table and badminton equipment in the garden, as well as a foosball table on the terrace. You can also enjoy the barbecue and have lunch or dinner on the terrace.

Perfect for all sports activities:
Cycling and mountain biking with many routes starting from the house. A tennis and padel tennis club is a 10-minute walk from the villa (contact us for reservations). All mountain activities with numerous hikes for all levels, and all water sports on the lake—water skiing, diving, and of course, the most beautiful paragliding spot in Europe at Col de la Forclaz, 30 minutes from the villa.

Perfect for family gatherings at Easter or Christmas:
Depending on availability, we can also offer you two apartments in Talloires on Lake Annecy, providing up to 6 and 8 additional beds.

Ideal if you have an electric car:
To make your travels easier, a charging station is available in the garage—very convenient upon arrival, during your stay, and before departure.

For parking, you have a private parking space, and there are many free spaces available in the residence.
